Wanna go on vacation but feel Cozy as if your home? We got the place for you!
2 bedroom,1 bathroom with living room,dining room and kitchenette in a secure gated community of Venture Out.Fully furnished,Colorful & great island vibe.
This is a Florida lovers Paradise.
This dry lot home can sleep 6. The house is fully furnished with a colorful island vibe. 2 modern bedrooms and 1 full bathroom.
Bathroom does connect to oe bedroom.
There is a queen bed in the bottom floor bedroom,along with AC & a flat screen TV.
One full pull out couch in the living room with a flat screen TV and AC unit. As you make your way through the kitchenette there is a single bed in its own part of the hallway before the bathroom.
The back bedroom has a Full bed with a AC unit.
3 AC units total in house.
The decoration in all the rooms give you that feel of paradise.The kitchenette has a 4 person sitting area. Toaster, Keurig/coffee maker/toaster oven /Stove.
Unfortunately there is NO oven. The dishwasher is currently broken at this time.
There is also a picnic table out front to enjoy your morning coffee or nice grilled steak.There is Outside lighting,Two bikes and a gas grill on the side of the house.
This house is 5 houses away from the Coin laundry area and extra bath houses for extra bathroom and showers if needed.- House does NOT have washer or dryer units-
The house is in a secured gated community called Venture Out,which is a 64 acre property with 24 hour security.
*** Please note, a additional one time charge (not included in your total and not charged by the owner) of $125 is paid at gate time of arrival***
That charge is to use all the amenities that Venture out has to offer which are all walking distance from the house. It includes Two boat ramps,fueling station,a convenient store(open 7 days a week)- the store alone has all last minute things you need from beer,food,snacks, toiletries,bait & ice,80 ft heated pool(with ocean views) a children’s swimming area,hot tub,tied off saltwater swimming(next to the pool) with tiki huts to picnic under,washer & dryer units, and extra bathhouses & bathrooms.

Once booked I have a property manager on site that will help with any needs or questions you have during your stay. Iam also available during your whole stay for questions!
If your into certain sports or activities V.O has you covered also with a tennis court & basketball court. Along with the recreation building that has a library, pool tables,dart boards & ping pong and also WiFi!
***WiFi is ONLY located in the recreation hall or poolside***
PARKING- Each unit is only a one car driveway.
Additional vehicles may be parked in the overflow parking lot (5 minutes away from your home) for $5 a night. Parking for Boats and/or trailers Must be parked outside of park -Accommodations of places will be giving after reservation.
Depending on the time of year the Pavilion has all different activities also from Pancake Breakfast,Church,Movies,Musicals,Swimming,Yoga,Line dancing etc!
Cudjoe Key is 20 miles from Key west. It is in between Sugarloaf Key and Summerland Key and not far from Big Pine Key or Marathon. All year long there are different events, holidays,festivals,fishing tournaments, lobster season,boat races,fantasy fest etc.
The house has mostly everything you need,except one thing... that’s you!

Summary: No frills - designed for relaxation. All the simple comforts of home. The property is safe and secure. People are friendly - security is on point. If i venture that way again, i will definitely stay again. Could have used some outside furniture.

Summary: We absolutely loved Our stay at Shawna’s family’s house. The amenities that she and the park provided are excellent. The pool was awesome and its open late. The activities they have at the park are very cool. The hot tub was hot and relaxing. The general store on the property is so convenient. You can drop your boat right in the water in the park. The place is gated, private, and has 24 hour security so none of your stuff will get stolen. And the location is awesome. 35 minutes to Duval street. We had an absolute perfect stay. There was plenty of room for my family we were all comfortable. The a/c blasts in the house. We cooked our meals and were able save money that way. (everybody knows eating out every meal on vacation can get expensive). And another thing, Shawna is always available if you have ANY issues. If you are looking for an affordable, comfortable, safe, clean place to stay look no farther.

Summary: The location was great it was very clean. I does need wash cloths as there were none that we could find and the master bedroom needs a new mattress as that one has a large sink hole in the center and you keep rolling into it as you sleep. It could also use a few nightstands and maybe not be against the wall as it was difficult to get in and out of if the other person was sleeping. It was a cute property and served the purpose for us.

Summary: Property was fair condition. It is a trailer with 1 key for the slider, we entered.it was opena nd key on the table(key did not work) and no key for backdoor. We kept our items in the car when we left the location. 3rd sleep space had no air flow, nor privacy as it was right off kitchen and the only accessway to bathroom. Outdoor space was old worn chairs. That said it served the purpose for our 4 days. Great location and pool area was great.

Summary: Cute place, small but decorated and useful. The “master” bed needs a frame and there’s little to no storage for clothing. More kitchen items such as bowls (there are 3) and some updates along those lines. We have stayed at VO multiple times, very disappointing the pool was closed most of our stay. Overall it fit the bill, the keys are paradise after all. Host was very communicative and pleasant to work with.

Summary: This was a great base to explore the keys. Close to Key West and not far from Keys further east. It was wonderful to have access to the pool and hot tub. Laundry is a couple of doors down. We really enjoyed this spot and would return!
